While recognising the significant achievements of the conference, Algeria is mindful of the significant challenges, particularly the lack of full participation of all invited states. Algeria calls for all NPT members, especially NWSs, to facilitate the implementation of the 1995 resolution by ensuring all regional states are participating in the conference in good faith.
