Working Paper submitted by Kuwait at the 4th session of the conference on the Establishment of a Middle East Zone Free of Nuclear Weapons and other WMD
The working paper proposes the creation of a small group composed of former Presidents of the Conference whose purpose is to achieve attendance of all invitees to the Conference and take on special missions deemed necessary by the participants of the Conference. It also called for the current president to ask the OPCW, the ISU and IAEA to prepare working papers for the next conference and ensure high-level representation of those agencies at the conference.Ouvrir le document
