SG of the Arab League Amr Moussa expresses his objection to a Gulf WMD-FZ, as it undermines the collective Arab efforts to establish a WMDFZ in the Middle East. In addition, Moussa states that a Gulf WMD FZ implies that Gulf security is not linked to achieving a security in the Middle East as a collective.
